Role of the Cognitive Properties of the Observer in the Formation of the Information Picture of the World

  • Published:
Scientific and Technical Information Processing Aims and scope

Abstract

The presented concept affirms the central role of the observer in building an information picture of the world. Theoretically, the lack of objectivity in the perception of reality has been proven, due to the cognitive properties of observers. The key paradox of the observer’s consciousness, based on Gödel’s logic, has been formulated. Three theorems about the observer have been presented, reinforcing the position on the leading role of consciousness in the appearance of information as a phenomenon.
