Complex delta function and its information application

Abstract

A brief history of introducing the delta function on a complex plane is presented. The proof of the mathematical form of the complex delta function is given. An example of applying the complex delta function for finding the stationary value of an alternating random accumulation process with the informational income and expenditure is presented.
