Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate epiphytic bryoflora of the National Park Russkii Sever (Vologda oblast, Kyrillov district). The National Park Russkii Sever was established in 1992 for the preservation of its unique natural landscape and its historical and cultural monuments. The epiphytic bryoflora includes 67 species, 10 of them are liverworts (belonging to 8 genuses and 6 families) and 57 species are mosses (belonging to 34 genuses and 18 families). Aspen is the most abundant epiphytes tree species; 45 epiphytes species grow on the aspen.
