Analysis of the structure of block copolymer films by atomic force microscopy

Abstract

The structure of thin films of the polysterene-polymethylacrylate-polysterene triblock copolymer was studied. Universal algorithms to analyze atomic-force-microscopy images of thin block-copolymer films were developed.
