Technical Writer as a Communication Specialty: Editorial Interpretation of Its Professionogram

Abstract

The tendency of formation of multifunctional professions is considered. The importance and relevance of introducing the profession of the author of technical documentation into the information and communication environment is indicated. The characteristics of the main provisions of the professional standard for the technical writer are given. Possible directions of professional training in the direction of technical writing are proposed.
