Information as a Product of Collapsing Consciousness (Quantum Model)

Abstract

This article considers the role of consciousness in the formation of information images in accordance with the new energy-based paradigm of informatics. A quantum model of the emergence of an information image in the consciousness of an observer based on the quantum mechanics concept of wave function collapse is presented.

  1. A noumenon is an intellectually knowable object (from Greek: νούμενον, derived from: νόος—mind, intellect) [7].

  2. A phenomenon is an object that is comprehended through senses (from Greek: φαινόμενον—thing appearing to view). For Kant, a phenomenon is any object constituted by the transcendental ego [7].
