Abstract

The conceptual approach to semantic search of scientific and technical information located in internet networks is described. A procedural model for organizing multi-iteration human-machine interaction with rigidly fixed feedbacks is presented to reduce the total time and increase the completeness of semantic searching. The functional and practical foundations for the development of a semantic search system for supporting the process of information and analytical work in internet networks are described.
