Abstract
Issues are discussed that relate to designing a state automated scientometric information system. A conceptual model is developed. The model, as well as its software analogues, is used to analyze the experience in the design of scientometric information systems in Russia and abroad. An original scheme is proposed for the implementation of the program architecture. The main feature of the scheme is the ability to collect all the necessary data and provide functionality to end users through the import and export of web services.
