Effect of holographic coatings on the efficiency of silicon photoconverters

Abstract

The design of holographic concentrator integrated with photoconverter has been suggested and the light radiation transmission through the holographic coating has been considered. This design improves the solar conversion efficiency by photoconverter and does not require solar tracking.
