Abstract
An alloy of a mixture of Al2O3 and SiO2 oxides has been obtained under radiant heating. It is established that films of the Al2O3 and SiO2 alloy, deposited on the surface of glass and silicon plates, have high mechanical strength and adhesion, are transparent in the SE sensitivity region, and can be used as antireflection coatings.
