Alumino magnesium silicate, synthesized on big solar furnace

Abstract

The possibility of synthesis of alumino magnesium silicate (MgO-Al2O3-SiO2) on a Big Solar Furnace is demonstrated. Thermomechanical properties of ceramics based on it are investigated. The obtained material has high mechanical and dielectric properties, and spark-resistant electrical insulating products can be produced from it.
