Comparative analysis of the energy efficiency of the scalar and space-vector PWM in a three-phase inverter

Basic energy-efficiency indicators are investigated and compared using the mathematical model of a three-phase inverter with scalar and space-vector pulse-width modulation. The obtained results can be used while selecting the control algorithm of the inverter.
