A method of determination of the service life of a die tool with application of magnetic methods of nondestructive control and diagnostics

Abstract

Based on the representative sampling of experimental data and processing of the obtained results, a method of determination of the service life of the instrument for cold sheet s is developed. The method is based on correlation between the magnetic, mechanical and physical-chemical (chemical composition, thermal processing mode, plastic deformation, micro- and macrostress, positioning of dislocations, etc.) properties of the die tool materials.
