Influence of sewage sludge from sludge beds of Ulan-Ude on the soil properties and the yield and quality of potatoes

Abstract

The influence of sewage sludge from sludge beds of the city of Ulan-Ude applied to the soil separately and in combination with fertilizers (NPK) on the soil properties and the yield and quality of potatoes was studied. It was shown that sewage sludge could be used both separately (15 t/ha) and in combination with mineral fertilizers for potato growing.
