The forecasting of a scientific domain (on the basis of a leading subject journal)

This article describes a research program for modeling, estimation and forecasting of the state of the information space that exists in a separate subject domain that is formed by a leading scientific journal. Cognitive linguistics is considered as the subject domain and publications of the Russian scientific journal Problems of Cognitive Linguistics, which is entirely dedicated to the development of lingua-cognitive problematics, provided the data for study.
