Schaueria calycobractea (Acanthaceae), a new species from Veracruz, Mexico

Abstract

Schaueria calycobractea, a new species of Acanthaceae from Mexico and a genus new to the Mexican flora is described. Pollen morphology of the new species is discussed with reference to generic and tribal concepts in the family.
