COMMENT

Editorial Comment: A search of AdisBase, Medline and Embase did not reveal any previous case reports of pallidal necrosis associated with bupropion or venlafaxine. The WHO ADR database did not contain any reports of central nervous system necrosis associated with bupropion or venlafaxine.
