Abstract

The seiectivity of E-s-cis and Z-s-cis X,Y substi tuted chaicones in 36 HPLC systems has been compared. The main factors influencing the selectivity of these isomers in the both RP-HPLC and NP-HPLC systems with different stationary and mobile phases were analyzed by means of Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Separation of the isomeriс chalcones was found to be we 11 related to the substitution pattern on the chalcone core.
