概要
如今, 城市居民80%以上的时间都待在室内, 很少有时间接触大自然, 尤其是年轻人。研究发现, 植物对人们的身心健康有明显的积极影响, 不同特性的植物所产生的干预效果是不同的, 而且在情绪调节方面存在较大的个体差异, 这可能与人们的性别和教育水平等背景密切相关。然而, 这些问题仍然没有得到解答。本研究利用486名中国年轻人的横断面数据, 分析了人们对各种可食用城市植物的看法和偏好, 并进一步探讨了食用植物调节情绪的主要潜在途径。结果显示, 77.4%的参与者喜欢植物, 大多数人在看到植物时感到放松。参与者最喜欢的食用植物的颜色是多色, 其次是绿色和红色。参与者最喜欢的叶菜是生菜, 最喜欢的结果植物是草莓。男性和女性参与者最喜欢的芳香植物存在显著差异, 其中男性喜欢香葱, 而女性喜欢薄荷。此外, 味道是参与者偏好的主要原因。这项研究初步提供了可能适合城市种植的食用植物的选择, 并强调了植物在维持年轻人心理健康方面的重要性。
