概要
肝细胞癌 (HCC) 具有复杂的肿瘤内异质性, 这会导致治疗失败. 传统医学和实验研究表明, 食用昆虫具有治疗包括 HCC 在内的不同疾病的潜力. 我们在获得黄粉虫水提物后, 通过组织病理学、 免疫组织化学、 蛋白质印迹和影像学分析确定其有效成分, 并比较黄粉虫三个生命阶段 (包括幼虫、 蛹和成虫) 的水提物对二乙基亚硝胺 (DEN) 诱导的小鼠早期 HCC 的影响. 结果表明, 与黄粉虫蛹的水提取物相比, 幼虫水提物能更显着地通过抗增殖机制来抑制早期肝癌的发生.
