Review of the family Perlohmanniidae (Acari: Oribatida) with description of a new species from Turkey

Abstract

A review of the family Perlohmanniidae Grandjean, 1954 (Acari: Oribatida) is provided with description of a new species: Perlohmannia (Perlohmannia) turcica from Turkey. Identification key to known species of the family is given. SEM images of the new species are also provided.
