In this new volume you will find two long survey articles on two quite distinct subjects.

The first article is written by Petra Schwer on deep aspects of geometric group theory. The article starts with a fairly detailed introduction of the relevant concepts and definitions needed for understanding the very well developed theory of this branch of group theory, as far as needed in this survey. The article leads to Bruhat-Tits buildings, Deligne-Lusztig varieties and interprets properties of these in terms of Gaussent-Littelmann’s concept of folded galleries in Coxeter complexes.

The second article, written by Hannes Uecker, deals with numerical solutions of bifurcation problems in non linear ordinary differential equations and non linear partial differential equations. The author describes practical experiences and computations obtained with the MATLAB package pde2path on various types of bifurcation problems.

I hope you will enjoy this new spring volume.
