GC–MS Determination of Diclofenac in Human Plasma

Abstract

The aim of the present study was to develop a procedure based on gas chromatography–mass spectrometry for the determination of diclofenac in human plasma. This assay was successfully applied in Turkey to healthy volunteers after an oral administration of 50 mg diclofenac.
