Following publication of the original article (Raju et al. 2022), the author notified that some reviewers’ comments have been wrongly published.
In the Background section the sentence:
“(Not due to appendicular artery thrombosis). In addition, our patient had veno-occlusion, which has been associated with systemic causes such as hypercoagulable states—To reviewer 1”.
should be omitted.
In the Case presentation section the sentence:
