Abstract
An assessment is given of the ecological and meliorative condition of pasture under the influence of Ulmus pumila plantings in the sandy loam soils of the Sarapinskaya lowland. The paper describes the influence of the forest plantings and microrelief on the floristic composition of the phytocoenoses, yields, and projective cover. The vegetation structure of natural and meliorated forage lands is explained.
