Abstract

Hedysarum daghestanicum Rupr. ex Boiss., which is locally endemic to certain regions of Dagestan, can be found only on dry, calcareous, stony slopes. A study of the age structure of its cenopopulations was conducted. A cenopopulation in the vicinity of Tantary is at the beginning of a new cycle; the other cenopopulations are matured and are in equilibrium. The base spectrum of H. daghestanicum is full-membered and monomodal, with a prevalence of generative plants of an average age.
