Abstract

Ion-beam irradiation of electroplasma-sprayed hydroxyapatite (HA) coatings and titanium bases of dental medical implants is conducted. For the first time, it is shown that tubular fibers with a diameter of 50–150 nm are synthesized on irradiated electroplasma-sprayed HA coatings.
