  • Published:
Inorganic Materials: Applied Research Aims and scope

Abstract

Low-dimensional structures forming in crystals during implantation of a metal under an applied electric field acting simultaneously with heating are studied. Metal inclusions are found in crystals. A change in mechanical properties owing to metal implantation is shown.
