Morphophysiological evaluation of Sorbus sibirica Hedl. exposed to vehicle exhausts

Abstract

The study evaluated photosynthetic capacity and health of Sorbus sibirica trees growing at road intersections with heavy traffic. In the exhaust-exposed trees, photosynthetic capacity was inhibited and health was deteriorated.
