Abstract

The properties of the impregnating compounds used in the lamination of wood-panel materials consisting of imported ingredients and resins with a concentration of melamine of 35–40% are considered. A synthesis technology of melamine—formaldehyde impregnating resins containing 25–30% melamine and domestic ingredients is presented. It is shown that the paper–resin films obtained using modified impregnating resins are a high-quality facing material for finishing by lamination of wood-panel products.
