Abstract

The dependences of dielectric permittivity and specific volume resistance of an 80% ISR-3 + 20% LDPE composite on the concentration of aluminum and carbon soot nanoscale particles are studied in this work. These curves are considered. When concentrations of Al and soot nanoparticles are low in the composite, the ε' = ε′(C) and ρV = ρV(C) curves, which do not fit the Maxwell–Wagner polarization model, are significantly changed.
