Abstract
A problem of increasing the structural operational ability of pipelines has been considered, which involves the protectability of pipeline structures along with an increase in reliability and lifetime, as well as serviceability and increase in survivability. In this case, survivability is considered the ability of the structure (including limit state) to resist occasional exposures without faults or with faults with minimal consequences.
