Abstract

The influence of the nature, dispersion, and content of calcium carbonate (chalk) on properties of sealants based on silanterminated polyurethane polymers (STP polymers) has been studied. The relationship of the properties of such sealants with the dispersion and the polarity of the surface of chalk particles has been determined.
