Abstract
The general requirements for optical adhesives were stated. A description is given of a new adhesive, Balsamine-N, which outperforms the previously applied adhesives Balsamine and Balsamine-M it was developed to replace. OVPEK adhesive was created based on modified epoxide binders and one of its brands, OVPEK-2M, has been introduced into industry.
