Abstract
The article discusses the properties of water emulsions/dispersions of epoxy resins, investigates peculiar features of their curing, and determines the physicochemical and structural parameters. In addition, the studied substances, which possess improved environmental properties and adhesion to fresh concrete, are characterized by significant vapor permeability.
