Abstract
Waterproofing material developed with the use of basalt fabric and polyethylene film is presented. The material is manufactured by calendering using films of both initial and waste polyethylenes. It is revealed that the developed basalt plastic is superior in its physicomechanical properties to presently applied waterproofing materials based on fiberglass fabric, fiberglass mat, and thermoelastoplastic.
