Method of Solving Nonstationary Problems of Electrodynamics in Material Media

Abstract

The volume singular integral equation with a time delay is considered which describes the interactions of a nonstationary electromagnetic field with a material medium. An effective method for solving the equations for linear media without dispersion is proposed.
