Solubility of Copper(II) Acetylacetonate in Supercritical Carbon Dioxide as the Basis for Polymer Composite Modification Technology

  • Published:
Russian Journal of Physical Chemistry B Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Abstract

The solubility of copper(II) acetylacetonate in supercritical carbon dioxide was studied using a circulation unit created based on the R-401 supercritical fluid extraction system. The results were compared with the literature data. The solubility of the complex was additionally studied at 323 and 333 K. The applicability of various copper metal complex compounds in impregnation treatment of polymer materials was considered.
