Abstract

It is demonstrated that, when an external static electric field is applied to graphene with Hubbard interaction between electrons, an electric field perpendicular to the applied field can spontaneously arise. The characteristics of the spontaneous field, depending on the parameters of the problem, are determined. Based on the proposed synergetic potential, the domain structure is examined.
