Content and activity of low-molecular antioxidants in juices of medicinal plants

Abstract

A comparative quantitative analysis of the overall content of antioxidants in juices from a number of medicinal plants and of their activity is performed using amperometry and voltamperometry. A high degree of correlation between the results obtained by the two methods is observed.
