Abstract
An exact solution is presented of the boundary value problem of the theory of large deformations concerning the collision of unloading the wave that is generated by slipping a loaded heavy layer of an elastoviscoplastic material from an inclined plane, while overcoming the resistance due to dry friction. The interaction is considered of this discontinuity plane with the elastoplastic boundary which keeps moving towards it.
