Interregional disproportions in the accessibility level of communication services in Russia

Abstract

The formation period of new kinds of communications (Internet, and mobile (cellular) communication) is considered, the distinctive features of spatial development of their networks are revealed, and the factors for the existing disproportions and the role of state regulation are shown.
