Abstract
Based on new ideas, the most studied sections of the Jurassic deposits have been described along the structural–formational zones within the Mongol–Okhotsk Fold System from the Upper Amur to the Sea of Okhotsk. The presented modern ideas on the geology of this region may provide a reliable base for geodynamic and mineragenic reconstructions.
