Calculation procedure to choose the design parameters of drying machines

Abstract

The increased demand of the industry for lowering cost, minimizing loss, saving energy, and providing cleaner production calls for a continuous improvement of production lines, by accurate selection of parameters and with the use of new technologies and modern mechanical engineering methods. This article is aimed to provide iterative process of calculation and parameters selection of the vibratory conveyor of drying plant, the improved calculation is created taking into consideration set of factors influencing conveyor dynamics and process of vibratory displacement of the material, besides the alignment of the parameters of vibratory conveyor.
