Abstract

A one-stage method for the synthesis of a mixed phosphor Sr2SiO4:Eu2+, Сa10Si6O21Cl2:Eu2+, Сa6Sr4(Si2O7)3Cl2:Eu2+ is developed in a microwave. The phase composition and spectral-brightness properties of phosphors are studied depending on the synthesis conditions. The optimal conditions for the synthesis of phosphors in a microwave oven are determined: 750°C, 10 min. Phosphor, synthesized under the optimal conditions, has a wide luminescence spectrum covering the entire visible area, which provides a high color rendering index and a warm white glow of the light source based on it.
