Abstract

The article considers practical problems of working out strategies and programs for the socioeconomic development of the area of resources. An approach, which is based on a meaningful methodology of indicative planning, is proposed. Modeling tools are based on the problem of the path to sustainable development. Examples of such an approach are given for Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Krasnoyarsk krai, and Transbaikal region.
