Abstract

A simple one-pot synthesis of novel 5-pyrazolyl-1,4,2-diazaphosphole derivatives is developed. The synthesis involves a three-component reaction of dimethyl (formamide/acetamide) dimethyl acetal or carbon disulfide with triethyl phosphite and 1H-pyrazole-1-carboximidamides in dioxane. The structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed by spectral methods and elemental analysis.
