Synthesis of Mannich Bases Derived from Maleopimarimide

Abstract

The Mannich reaction under the action of secondary amines and paraformaldehyde in the presence of a CuCl catalyst was used to synthesize N-aminomethyl derivatives of methyl maleopimarimide ester.
