Bis[(tetraphenylporphyrinato)zinc]-calix[4]pyrrole. Synthesis and receptor properties

Abstract

A new bis[(tetraphenylporphyrinato)zinc]-calix[4]pyrrole conjugate has been synthesized from monoacetyl-substituted tetraphenylporphyrin, and its complexing ability toward 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane has been evaluated by spectrophotometric titration and 1H NMR spectroscopy.
