Abstract
The effect of the peroxide modifying system on the molecular, structural, and morphological characteristics of polypropylene/EPDM/talc composites was examined. Introduction of the modifying system into the composite formulation results in the formation of compatibilizing copolymeric components improving the morphology of talc-filled composites and increasing the number of elastomeric phase particles of 0.4 µm size, optimum for polypropylene/EPDM composites.
